I placed an order from Australia on the actual day I needed flowers to arrive at a relatives house for an important occasion. I left it to Hetty to select the flowers and they did an excellent job. It was a good service, being able to choose the florist was so much better than having one chosen for you. The ordering process was pretty straightforward for a 76 year old .The flowers were fresh with lots of buds and delivered on time by a very friendly lady. I would definitely recommend Hetty's.

I needed to send flowers for a funeral and Hetty's showed extra dedication and care by checking with the funeral home to find out when it would be, thus ensuring that the arrangement was fresh on the day. I also appreciated the added notification of their delivery. The only thing I would have liked was to get a photo of the arrangement with my delivery notification, as I have not acually seen what the flowers ended up looking like. Otherwise thanks Hetty's for a smooth and professional experience.

Amazing florist, Hetty was very professional, and knowledgeable - Hetty went through a few flower options as they did not have all the flowers available in the bouquet. (she'd tried 3 times to deliver the flowers to my sister) . My sister loved them... she can be quite fussy ;-) she even sent me a photo of them!!

Really pleased that these flowers could be delivered on the same day as ordering. Communication between florist was really good, keeping you up to date on the delivery. I was slightly disappointed by the quality of the flowers as they didn’t really look like the image that I’d selected but nether the less to get flowers delivered on the same day was an extra bonus for me. Not sure I’d use again though without doing more research first.
